Perfectly aligned facade cladding.
Plastic adjustment blocks are the ideal solution for aligning your cladding to the nearest millimetre. Thanks to their practical colour classification, you’ll quickly find the right thickness, so you can work efficiently and without error.
What is a plastic adjustment block?
Adjusting blocks are small, reusable tools that ensure constant spacing and precise alignment during Cladix installation.
Here’s how to use them with Cladix
Place the blocks in strategic locations along the underside of the cladding or at the rear of the supporting structure. Allow the Cladix profiles to rest on the blocks to ensure correct alignment. Then fasten the profiles as instructed. When assembly is complete, remove the blocks so they are ready for the next project.
- Clean, straight lines: Create a consistent set and perfectly straight assembly every time.
- Easy to use: thanks to colour grading, you can see at a glance the thickness you need.
- Durability: reusable and capable of withstanding high loads of up to 10 tonnes.
These blocks are not only suitable for installing our aluminium cladding, but also for other (re)construction projects. They’re available in a range of sizes from DIY shops, so you’ll always have the right thickness to hand.
